What You Should Know Before Writing A Letter

Papers usually prefer "letters to the editor" to be sent by e-mail. You can also fax your letter. Write "letters to the editor" in the subject line of your e-mail or at the top of your fax. Each paper has its own rules about letters to the editor. Some papers require a certain number of days between letters. Also, some papers have a maximum number of words per letter. Please check with the individual paper before submitting a letter.
